Here’s what buyers and sellers have to say about Joann and Adirondack Lifestyle Real Estate….
“I began looking at homes in the Adirondacks in the Summer of 2014. Joann was instrumental in finding my dream home. She worked hard for me through every step of the process. After a short time it was clear she is someone who loves what she does and where she lives. She has lived in the Adirondacks for nearly 30 years. I would recommend Joann to anyone looking for a property in the Adirondacks.”
“Joann has helped us purchase three properties in the Adirondacks. Her professionalism and responsiveness are top notch, matched only by her knowledge and love of the area. Joann took the time to get to know us, to understand our needs - financial, social, recreational - and matched us with the best properties in the best locations.”
“Joann is truly an amazing realtor. She’s incredibly thorough, punctual, patient and listens to all your needs/wants in a home. You’ll be hard pressed to find anyone more passionate about their job and the Adirondacks, which makes her ideal. She made my first home purchase less stressful and fun!”
“Joann is the ultimate professional. She knows the Adirondacks and Lake Placid like the back of her hand. Her business background helped us get a great deal on our vacation/investment property in Lake Placid. She is cheerful and fun to work with, but also understands ROI. Her communications with us were efficient and thorough, which we also appreciated. She worked hard to find the best property for our needs. ”

I’ve been a real estate salesperson for the past nine years. I founded Adirondack Lifestyle and Adirondack Lifestyle Real Estate, in Lake Placid, New York, in 2007, mostly as a way to shine a light on one of the most beautiful parts of the world, the Adirondacks.
